 Royalty Remodeling & Construction is a small Design/Build firm that has been in business since Spring of 1990. The great majority of our projects have been kitchen, bath and basement remodeling but we are expanding into the area of room additions and decks. Most of our clients are along the North Shore, but we service all of Lake, Cook and McHenry counties.

Royalty Remodeling and Construction has been in business for 15 years. The owner, Russ Prince CR, CLC , is both a Certified Remodeler and Certified Lead Carpenter. Certification comes from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and given to those who complete "a high level of competency and ethical standards in the remodeling industry." Before starting his own remodeling business, Russ was a custom cabinetmaker for 17 years. "It's our goal to leave each project with the client completely satisfied with everything we’ve done," says Russ. "If they’re not willing to recommend us to their friends, then I’m not satified." "In fact, our mission statement reads ‘To provide each customer the best possible service and workmanship.'" |
